Basic Home Service Package

The Primer Home Service Package will include the following services and products only.  Any additional service charges will be charged as listed on the current Nexatek price list. 

 

1-Year worth of coverage for one Personal Computer: $100 (additional Computers can be added to the plan for $50 / additional system as long as computer is located at the same physical address as the first.)

 

  • Online Support
    • You will be given access to our online support area where you will find direct email links to the tech in your area, as well as our personal knowledge base.

 

  • Automated Diagnostics Setup
    • We will automate some of the diagnostics tools that are issued with your computer to keep your machine running at a peak performance level.
    • The tools will be automated to run on a schedule as to not interfere with your use of the computer.

 

  • ISP Setup and installation (Cable, DSL, or Dial-UP)
    • We will setup your Internet account with cable, DSL, or dial-up.  We will connect you to any new services you signup for during the term of your agreement.  We setup your service but we are not responsible for tech support on your connection.

 

  • Consultation, and setup on all your new hardware peripherals or software packages.
    • Our professional consultation on any new hardware peripherals or software packages to fit your needs.
    • Software installs will be preformed on legally licensed software packages.

 

  • Hardware and Software
    • We trouble shoot and resolve any problem related to any of your hardware devices or software applications.  This option only includes hardware or software conflicts and does not include any type of training sessions.  The customer will pay for all replacement hardware. Hardware or software upgrades that have been made since the start date of your agreement that where not handled by Nexatek are also not supported  

 

  • Onsite Repair Service or Pick up and Return
    • We will repair any minor issues at your home.  In the event that that your machine will need us to repair it in our offices we will pick up the system and return the unit to you.

     

Primer Home Service Package

The Primer Home Service Package will include the following services and products only.  Any additional service charges will be charged as listed on the current Nexatek price list. 

 

1-Year worth of coverage for one Personal Computer: $150 (additional Computers can be added to the plan for $50 / additional system as long as computer is located at the same physical address as the first.)

 

  • All options covered under the current Home Service Package
    • You will receive all the options that are offered under the Home Service Package

 

  • FTP Account for Backups of Remote Data Access.
    • You will be given 50 Megabytes on our servers for backups or to save files that you want to be able to get to at other locations.  This is space is provided per account and not per machine under each account.  You will be responsible for all uploading and downloading to the space provided. 

 

  • Consultation on any new personal computer purchase to included systems or peripherals or software packages.
    • Our professional consultation on any new personal computer purchase to include systems or peripherals to fit your needs.
    • Software installs will be preformed on legally licensed software packages.

 

  • Onsite hardcopy data backup 4 times a year.
    • We will come out to your site and backup all your entire system or just key files and return to you a CD or DVD containing the data for you records.  We will restore this data to your system 4 times a year with an additional charge for any further data restorations.

 

  • Onsite Preventative Maintenance 4 times a year.
    • We will visit your system on site 4 times a year to verify any possible problems and to tweak the system for optimal performance.

 

 

Small Business Service Package

The Primer Home Service Package will include the following services and products only.  Any additional service charges will be charged as listed on the current Nexatek price list. 

 

1-Year worth of coverage for one Personal Computer: $250 (additional Computers can be added to the plan for $75 / additional system as long as computer is located at the same physical address as the first.)

 

  • Online Support
    • You will be given access to our online support area where you will find direct email links to the tech in your area, as well as our personal knowledge base.

 

  • Hardware and Software
    • We trouble shoot and resolve any problem related to any of your hardware devices or software applications.  This option only includes hardware or software conflicts and does not include any type of training sessions.  The customer will pay for all replacement hardware. Hardware or software upgrades that have been made since the start date of your agreement that where not handled by Nexatek are also not supported

  • Basic peer-to-peer networking setup.
    • We will network any printers or computers you request up to a total of 10 total devices. 
    • We will maintain this peer-to-peer network for the length of your service agreement.

 

  • Website and Network Service Discounts.
